Annual Partner

Sponsorship with no event to run. Your name on the chapter for twelve months.

Branded Workshop
$5,000
One workshop. Book two for $9,000 or three for $12,000 and save up to $3,000.
- Hands-on AI workshop, billed as presented by your company
- We write the curriculum, teach the session, and run the room
- At least 50 attendees, filled with our own paid ads and the chapter list
- Listed on Meetup, Luma, Eventbrite, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Headcount and photos afterward. The attendee list stays with us.
Campus Hackathon

A focused build event at a campus or a venue you host.
- One challenge track, designed with you around a problem you care about
- We recruit the builders, mentor the teams, and judge the projects

Full Hackathon

The whole event, end to end. You show up and judge.

- Mentors on the floor and a judging panel we assemble with you
- Presenting-sponsor billing on everything we publish
- Written report after the event with the winning projects and who built them
Questions sponsors ask
- Do we need the annual partnership to book a workshop or hackathon?
- No. You can book any workshop or hackathon on its own. Partners get first pick of dates, which matters because we only run six a year.
- Why only six events a year?
- Each workshop and hackathon gets the same small team. Six a year is the number we deliver well. Once those dates are booked, extra events are quoted separately and priced higher.
- What happens to the 50-attendee minimum if we want a smaller room?
- Tell us on the first call. A private workshop for your own team is a different product, and our team training page covers it.
- Is this a donation?
- No. You pay AI Collective Hampton Roads LLC on an invoice, and it is a commercial arrangement. The chapter's regular events stay free to attend.
- Do you sell or share attendee data?
- Never. You reach people by being in the room and through what we announce. We report headcount, not contact details.
